30 September 2026 — Odin 3 shipping appears to have stalled

Odin 3 owners are reporting that shipping activity has slowed considerably, with some customers saying there had been little or no movement on AYN's shipping dashboard for several weeks.

On 30 September, multiple Reddit users reported waiting around two months or longer for their Odin 3, particularly for Rainbow and Purple Max configurations. One user reported waiting 81 days, while another said their Rainbow Odin 3 finally arrived after 81 days.

The reports suggest that Odin 3 shipping is highly dependent on the model and colour, with Black units generally appearing to move faster than some Clear Blue, Clear Purple and Rainbow configurations. This is consistent with earlier September reports from customers waiting significantly longer for coloured Max models.

AYN's official shipping data also shows that the most recent published Odin 3 updates were on 3 September, while Thor continued receiving shipping updates later in September. AYNTime's copy of the official data shows no newer Odin 3 ranges after that date.

AYNTime tip: If you are waiting for an Odin 3, your model and colour may be just as important as your order number when estimating when it will ship.

29 September 2026 — Thor shipping continues while Odin 3 updates remain unchanged

AYN continued publishing Thor shipping ranges throughout late September.

The latest official update on 29 September covered Thor Black Base orders in the 2890xx–2952xx range. Updates were also published for several Thor configurations between 21 and 28 September.

By comparison, the latest official Odin 3 shipping ranges remained dated 3 September, including Black Base, Black Max, Clear Blue Max, Clear Blue Pro and Clear Purple Pro configurations.

This has led to growing speculation within the community that AYN is currently prioritising Thor production and shipping over Odin 3 orders. However, AYN has not publicly confirmed that this is the reason for the difference in shipping activity, so this should be treated as community speculation rather than an official explanation.

25 September 2026 — Odin 2 Portal appears to sell out across all models

The Odin 2 Portal became a major topic in the community after customers reported that all Portal models and colours were showing as sold out on AYN's website.

The Portal had previously been available intermittently, with community members reporting that some models had returned to stock before selling out again.

Several Reddit users believe the latest stock may represent the end of the Portal's production, particularly now that AYN's newer Odin 3 and Thor products are available. However, AYN has not publicly confirmed that the Odin 2 Portal has been permanently discontinued, so it is safer to describe the situation as "sold out" rather than discontinued.

What this means for buyers: If you are looking for an Odin 2 Portal, availability may now be limited to occasional AYN restocks or third-party retailers.

22 September 2026 — Odin 3 customers report long gaps between shipping updates

Odin 3 customers began reporting increasing frustration over the lack of updates to AYN's shipping dashboard.

One Reddit discussion on 22 September noted that the dashboard had gone more than three weeks without an Odin 3 update. Other customers reported receiving their devices despite the dashboard not appearing to move, suggesting that the dashboard may not always provide a complete picture of individual shipments.

This follows earlier reports that AYN's shipping times can vary considerably depending on the Odin 3 model and colour.

18 September 2026 — Odin 3 shipping times vary dramatically by colour and retailer

Community reports continue to show significant differences in Odin 3 shipping times.

One customer who ordered directly from AYN on 14 August received a shipping notification on 18 September. Other customers with Clear Blue and Rainbow models reported longer waits.

There are also repeated reports that orders placed through AYN's official AliExpress store can arrive considerably faster than direct website orders. One customer reported ordering a Blue Odin 3 Pro from the official AliExpress store on 26 August and receiving it on 12 September. Another reported ordering an Odin 3 from the official AliExpress store on 21 August and receiving it on 14 September.

These are individual customer reports rather than an official AYN shipping policy, so delivery times should not be assumed to be the same for every AliExpress order.

16 September 2026 — Some Odin 3 orders take more than 70 days to ship

Odin 3 customers continued reporting very long waits for direct AYN orders.

One customer reported ordering a Rainbow Odin 3 Max on 2 July and receiving a shipping label only on 16 September — 76 days after ordering. The customer also reported that Rainbow, Purple and Blue models appeared to be shipping later than some Black configurations.

Another customer reported receiving their Odin 3 after approximately 85 days, although the device itself took only five days to travel from China to the US once it had been shipped.

This highlights an important distinction for Odin 3 buyers:

The biggest delay appears to be waiting for AYN to dispatch the device rather than the international shipping time itself.

15 September 2026 — Odin 3 AliExpress orders arrive much faster for some buyers

The community received some positive shipping news in September, with customers reporting much shorter delivery times when ordering from AYN's official AliExpress store.

One buyer reported ordering an Odin 3 12GB/256GB on 21 August from the official AYN AliExpress store and receiving it on 14 September, taking approximately 24 days from order to delivery.

Another customer reported ordering an Odin 3 Pro through AliExpress on 26 August and receiving it on 12 September.

This appears to contrast with many direct AYN website orders, which have been taking considerably longer.

Important: These are community reports and don't establish that AliExpress orders will always ship faster.

3 September 2026 — Major Odin 3 shipping update

AYN published its most recent major batch of Odin 3 shipping ranges on 3 September.

The update included:

• Odin 3 Black Base: 2845xx–2959xx

• Odin 3 Black Max: 2731xx–2754xx

• Odin 3 Clear Blue Max: 2500xx–2547xx

• Odin 3 Clear Blue Pro: 2794xx–2953xx

• Odin 3 Clear Purple Pro: 2794xx–2950xx

This followed additional Odin 3 updates on 31 August and earlier updates throughout August.

However, no newer Odin 3 ranges have been published by AYN since 3 September, while Thor shipping updates continued through 29 September.

27 August 2026 — AYN adds Odin 3 to its shipping dashboard

After repeated requests from customers, AYN added a dedicated Odin 3 section to its official shipping dashboard.

The change was welcomed by the community because customers previously had difficulty determining where Odin 3 orders stood in the shipping queue.

The first major update included shipping ranges for several Odin 3 configurations, including Black Max, Black Base, Rainbow Max, Clear Blue Pro and Clear Purple Max.

The addition gives Odin 3 customers a much better way of checking whether their order number falls within AYN's latest published shipping ranges.

25 August 2026 — Odin 3 prices increasing again

AYN has announced another price increase for the Odin 3, with the new prices taking effect on 1 September 2026.

The new prices are:

• Odin 3 Base (8GB + 128GB): $369 — previously $349

• Odin 3 Pro (12GB + 256GB): $469 — previously $449

• Odin 3 Max (16GB + 512GB): $529 — previously $499

This is the latest in a series of Odin 3 price increases during 2026. AYN has attributed the increases to higher component costs, particularly memory and storage.

The Odin 3 originally launched at considerably lower prices, meaning the cumulative increases are becoming significant for new buyers.

What this means for buyers: Orders placed before the September 1 price change may avoid the latest increase, subject to AYN's current ordering and inventory arrangements.

24 August 2026 — Thor and Odin 3 shipping continues

AYN's shipping dashboard continues to show significant progress through the Thor and Odin 3 pre-order batches.

On 24 August, AYN reported shipping progress for several Thor configurations, including:

• Thor White Pro

• Thor Rainbow Max

• Thor Clear Purple Max 512GB

• Odin 3 Black Pro

• Odin 3 Black Max

• Odin 3 White Max

The shipping ranges suggest that AYN continues to work through the later Thor batches, although progress varies considerably depending on the model, colour and configuration.

Community reports are also beginning to appear from later-batch Thor customers receiving their devices.

One Batch 7 Thor Pro owner reported that their unit shipped on 13 August and was delivered on 24 August using AliExpress Standard Shipping.

AYNTime tip: Your batch number alone may not tell the whole story. Shipping progress can vary significantly between individual Thor configurations.

August 2026 — Community reports changes to DHL shipping

Several AYN customers have reported changes to the shipping options available for newer orders.

Community discussions indicate that DHL may no longer be available for some AYN orders, with customers instead being offered alternatives such as 4PX or YunExpress.

This appears to vary depending on the product, order and time of purchase. AYNTime has not found evidence that DHL has been permanently discontinued for every AYN order worldwide.

One Reddit discussion in February reported that AYN was no longer using DHL for Thor orders, while another March discussion reported an Odin 2 Portal order being switched from DHL to YunExpress.

Important: This is currently best treated as a community-reported shipping change rather than a confirmed global AYN policy.

February–March 2026 — Reports of 4PX shipping problems

Several AYN customers have reported significant problems with 4PX shipments, including long periods without tracking updates and, in some cases, apparently lost shipments.

One Thor customer reported waiting almost four months for their device after ordering in October. The customer eventually contacted AYN and had the device reshipped using DHL after the original 4PX shipment was considered lost.

Other AYN customers have reported parcels spending extended periods in transit or at customs without meaningful tracking updates.

This does not mean that every 4PX shipment experiences problems. Many customers report receiving their devices normally. However, the recurring reports are worth monitoring for anyone choosing between shipping options.

AYNTime tip: When comparing shipping methods, don't look only at the advertised delivery time. The reliability of tracking and the process for dealing with a lost shipment can also be important.

29 June 2026 — Thor receives another price increase

AYN announced another increase to Thor pricing, effective 3 July 2026.

Odin 3 models and the Odin 2 Portal also received $10 increases at the same time.

AYN cited continuing component-cost pressures as the reason for the increases.

The Thor Max 1TB received the largest increase, rising by $30.

March 2026 — AYN brings forward major price increases

AYN announced that increasing DRAM and storage costs were forcing the company to bring forward planned price increases.

The company said its memory and storage suppliers had increased prices and that pricing pressure was expected to continue.

The March price adjustment increased some Thor and Odin 3 configurations by up to $40.

AYN said existing orders would continue to be fulfilled at their original prices.

May 2026 — Odin 3 Ultra orders cancelled

AYN announced that it could no longer fulfil Odin 3 Ultra orders because of supply shortages affecting the 24GB RAM + 1TB storage configuration.

Customers were offered two options:

1. Switch to an Odin 3 Max with a $20 discount; or

2. Receive a full refund plus a $20 coupon toward a future AYN device.

The cancellation highlighted the growing impact of memory and storage shortages on AYN's product range.
