DHL shipping is not worth it
The shipping rate and the poor service with last mile delivery makes me feel ripped off.
I have DHL deliveries to my city. Shipped not using DHL.
My order has been stuck at Emile for a week. I live 45 mins away from the Emile warehouse. I don’t have any expections that it will be delivered this week. Their chat bot customer service has a 2 hour queue…
I have used the standard service in the past and it’s quicker and traceable through the postal system.
BTW I live near Toronto.
